I think democracy is the most revoutionary thing in the world.
나는 민주주의가 역사상 가장 혁명적인 일이라고 생각한다

If you have POWER, you use it for the needs of your community.
권력을 가지게 되는 자가, 자신이 속한 사회의 요구에 따라 그 힘을 쓰는 것이다

And this idea about "choice" kept talk about 'anybody has a choice'
민주주의는 누구에게나 어떠한 '선택'을 할 것을 거듭 권한다

Choice depends on the freedom to choose.
그런데 그 선택은 '선택하는 자유'에서 비롯된다

And if you shackled, you loose freedom to choose.
하지만 만약 어떠한 속박상태에 처하게되면 이 선택하는 자유를 잃게 된다

If people in dept, people became hopeless and hopeless people don't vote.
빚을 지게 되면 사람은 무기력해지고, 무기력한 사람은 투표를 하지 않는다

They will say that 'Everyone should vote'.
위정자들은 '모두가 투표를 해야한다'고 말하지만,

But I would say if the poor in Britain or US
turned out and vote people for represent their interest, It will be a real democratic revolution.
영국이나 미국에 있는 빈곤층이 모두들 자신들의 이익을 지켜줄 사람을 위해 투표한다면 그것은 진정한 민주주의 혁명이 될 것이다

So they don't want it would be happend, so keeping people hopeless and pessimistic.
그래서 위정자들은 그런 일이 일어나지 않도록 서민들을 무기력하고 비관적이 되도록 유지한다


I think there is two way which people controled.
나는 사람을 다스리는데 두가지 방법이 있다고 생각한다

Firstable frighten people, and secondly demoralize.
첫번째는 공포를 조장하는 것이고, 두번째는 혼란을 일으키는 것이다

An ecucated, healthy, and confident people are harder to govern.
교육수준이 높고, 건강하고, 진취적인 국민은 다스리기가 어렵다

I think there is element in the thinking of some people 'we don't want people to be educated, healthy, and confident' because they would get out of control.
위정자들은 국민들이 지적이고, 건강하고, 진취적이 되기를 바라지 않는다. 그렇다면 자신들이 원하는대로 다스려지지 않을테니까.

Top 1% of world population owns 80% of world's wealth.
전세계인구의 1%가 전세계 부富의 80%를 차지하고 있다.

It's incredible. People put up with power.
놀라운 일이다. 서민들은 억압받고 있다

They are poor, demoralized, and fightened.
서민들은 가난하고, 혼란스럽고, 공포에 차 있다

And so they think perhaps the safest things is take the orders and hope it for the best.
그래서 서민들은 그저 시키는대로 일하면서 그것이 어쩌면 최선일거라고 생각하게 되는 것이다.
